Centralized Ownership

All unsold plots are owned directly by P.T.Y. Home Group Co., Ltd., simplifying the transfer process and eliminating third-party risks.

Unlike many developments that hide their paperwork, we invite you to inspect ours. We have cleared all tax obligations and consolidated ownership to ensure a smooth transaction for you.
